THE STAGING PROCESS

Selling your home can be stressful, the staging process is developed to alleviate that that pain. Working with a stager is sure to transform your house into a warm and inviting home, one that has be styled to reflect a “model home” feel that buyers love, driving them to make a winning offer.

 
 


 
  • It all begins with meeting you! We set up a consultation to view the space to discuss your goals, requirements, recommendations and measurements.

  • Depending on the project scope, I will put together an estimate or proposal for you. This detailed document will breakdown the key project goals & budget breakdown for your review & approval.

  • Upon acceptance of your quoted project, I will begin to plan & select the curated pieces, furnishings to create a a elevated & unique styled space tailored to the consultation goals & the target market/buyer.

  • This is where the fun starts, installation day will be the day in which myself & my team will deliver, install and style your space. I may move some pieces and tuck them away into storage or closets to allow for a neutral/clutter-free space for potential buyers & photography.

  • During this time many activities will take place, such as your real estate photographers will come take shots at the home, to when the home sells. The quotes are built to allow for 4 weeks, with options to extend as required.

  • Congratulations, by now you have completed the process and your home has sold. This is where we coordinate to arrange a pick-up date to collect our furnishing/inventory from the project.
