Not only was it located in the heart of the NW Alphabet District it had beautiful hardwood floors, a fresh coat of paint and city views! So needless to say I was ready to get started! My favorite room out of this property was by far the living room! Giving it a cozy traditional vibe that makes the buyer feel at home when they arrive! When staging I want to give the feeling of “honey we are home” or “when can we put in an offer we are ready to move in”. This house needless to say was on the market for no longer than a 1 week — staging really does wonders to the sale of a home. One of the many joys of being a stager is hearing how quickly a house sells!
