This adorable condo was sitting empty as can be and just ready for a touch of CW Decorating’s magic. I love coming into a home that is empty wall to wall giving me this beautiful blank canvas to work with! When staging a home there are two things to think about before you start pulling inventory. The two questions that run through my mind are; what is the demographic that the surrounding neighborhood is catering to and what rooms would be essential to stage! I had a lot fun getting my hands on this property giving it a modern feel for maybe the first time buyer who likes to entertain friends and family or one that loves to have that cozy city vibe!
